NDplayer is designed and intended for a general audience (individuals aged 13 and older, or 16 and older in jurisdictions with higher age thresholds).
The App is not directed toward children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal data from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of consent under COPPA or GDPR).
